Peter has over thirty years of experience in the financial planning, accounting and banking sectors. Before landing in Australia, he held leadership roles in Aberdeen & London and has extensive executive networks globally.
His previous positions include Executive Managing Partner, Specialist Services of Crowe Horwath; Global Liaison Partner Crowe Horwath International; Head of Origination ANZ Corporate Bank, and Business Development Director EY Strategic Growth Markets. He also founded a fintech company, taking it through three rounds of capital raising before exiting following its successful sale to SSE the FTSE 100 business.
For over twenty years, Rahavan, aka Yogi, has advised on over a hundred successful merger and acquisition transactions in multiple industries across Australia and New Zealand, North America, Europe and the United Kingdom.
Prior to co-founding Saltire, he was Managing Partner and Representative Officer of Crowe Horwath Corporate Finance. Before this, Yogi held senior executive roles at PwC and EY, where he worked on many large-scale deals including the privatisation of the NSW electricity industry.
Douglas brings over fifteen years of principal investment, investment banking and insolvency experience to Saltire, with over $100 billion in completed merger and acquisition transactions across Australia and New Zealand, North America, Europe and Asia.
Before co-founding Saltire with Peter and Rahavan, he held leadership positions for financial powerhouses such as Deutsche Bank, Lehman Brothers and Nomura, including a long stint as Head of Mergers and Acquisitions and Real Estate Investment Banking for Citigroup Australia and New Zealand.
